At the top of the list is our heavy 24" barrel, fully-rifled H&R Ultra Slug Hunter, in 12 gauge. We’ve shot extremely tight groups at 100 yards, using sabot slugs. Ultra Slug Hunter comes complete with a Monte Carlo stock, recoil pad, scope rail, and optional 3-9x32 factory-installed scope.

The Ultra Slug guns incorporates the transfer bar safety system, mated to a heavy action and it is rifled for an extremely heavy barrel wall. This process creates the stiffest possible barrel, limiting barrel whip and shrinking group size. It is covered by the NEF lifetime no fault service plan.
