Description:

The Bear Grylls Compact Parang Knife from Gerber provides the trail-clearing effectiveness of a machete in a smaller design that won't wear out your shoulder. Based on a traditional Indonesian design, its broad blade and heavy tip maximize chopping power, and the sharp plain-edge blade cuts through brush as if it wasn't there. Its full tang and high-quality steel also make it extremely strong, giving you a blade that can stand up to hard work. The handle is coated in non-slip rubber to keep it securely in your hand, and includes a lanyard hole that makes it easy to lash to your wrist for improved retention. The knife also comes with its own nylon sheath, with a mildew-resistant treatment for outdoor survivability.
